Our case workshop is about the strategic decision of a premium mobility provider whether to enter the carsharing sector. Your task is to assess the consequences of this move for the overall brand image as well as how to position and integrate a potential carsharing solution. In a second phase, you evaluate the dynamics of two potential markets to enter and derive a market entry strategy. Finally, you make the strategic decision whether or not market entry in general is a valuable business strategy.
During the workshop you will be working in teams of 3 to 4 students and you will be supervised by experienced consultants. Afterwards, you will present your results and get constructive feedback from the team of Batten & Company.
